We were most impressed with the service you provided, from our initial contact with the office, through the initial visit, to the first attempt to install and then the successful installation. Every one we spoke to was unfailing courteous, light hearted and helpful. The job was completed with minimum fuss and you stuck to your promise-, "We don't do ugly." We are now enjoying the warmth of the pump, are pleased with the effect elsewhere in the house and are impressed with the manner in which the inverter operates, avoiding the cool spells we previously got from thermostatically controlled heaters, we look forward to enjoying the Air Conditioning in summer.
