Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion starts 2/11/09 and finishes 31/12/09 (‘Promotional Period’).
All redemptions must be received by 5pm 29 January 2010. Redemptions received after
this date will be deemed invalid and ineligible to receive the bonus gift. No responsibility
will be accepted by the Panasonic New Zealand Limited for lost, late or misdirected
mail. 2. Panasonic New Zealand Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude
the promotion at any time should circumstances dictate. If any participant is found
to be abusing this promotion, Panasonic New Zealand Limited has the right to terminate
their redemption rights immediately. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Panasonic
New Zealand Limited is final. 3. Redemption of Panasonic Bonus Gift must be made
before 5pm 29th January 2010. 4. Please attach a copy of the proof of purchase from
a Panasonic Authorised dealer with this completed form. If this form is not completed
in full the Panasonic Bonus Gift will not be processed and may be deemed void. 5.
On receipt of the redemption form and all documentation (sales receipt) the Panasonic
Bonus Gift product redeemed will be couriered to a physical New Zealand address
within 60 days (subject to stock availability). 6. Panasonic Bonus Gifts are not
transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 7. Panasonic New Zealand Limited reserves
the right to change the amount of Bonus points allocated to each Heat Pump model
at any time. 8. If a customer receives a product that differs from that ordered,
the customer must return the un-opened item with all original packaging intact in
order for a full credit to be applied and the replacement item re-ordered. 9. Customers
cannot “cash top-up” bonus amounts in order to redeem higher value products.
10. The list of available Bonus products on the official redemption form is exhaustive
and no additional product models can be redeemed or requested. 11. Air Dollars are
not redeemable for cash. No change given. Any unused Air Dollars will expire at
the end of the promotion. 12. For multi-systems Bonus Air Dollars are awarded for
the outdoor system(s) only. 13. The Heat Pump Air Conditioner models the promotion
